MAXON OXY-PILOT® 全氧助燃點(diǎn)火管路用于MAXON OXY-THERM® LE 燃氣燃燒器或標準 OXY-THERM® 工業(yè)燃燒器,熱量輸出zui高達7.3kW的。
如采用OXY-PILOT®,可*實(shí)現燃燒器的自動(dòng)化運行,無(wú)需助燃空氣設備投資,同時(shí)也節省了點(diǎn)火器的投資成本。

電磁式
電磁式直流電動(dòng)機由定子磁極、轉子(電樞)、換向器(俗稱(chēng)整流子)、電刷、機殼、軸承等構成,電磁式直流電動(dòng)機的定子磁極(主磁極)由鐵心和勵磁繞組構成。根據其勵磁(舊標準稱(chēng)為激磁)方式的不同又可分為串勵直流電動(dòng)機、并勵直流電動(dòng)機、他勵直流電動(dòng)機和復勵直流電動(dòng)機。因勵磁方式不同,定子磁極磁通(由定子磁極的勵磁線(xiàn)圈通電后產(chǎn)生)的規律也不同。
串勵直流電動(dòng)機的勵磁繞組與轉子繞組之間通過(guò)電刷和換向器相串聯(lián),勵磁電流與電樞電流成正比,定子的磁通量隨著(zhù)勵磁電流的增大而增大,轉矩近似與電樞電流的平方成正比,轉速隨轉矩或電流的增加而迅速下降。其起動(dòng)轉矩可達額定轉矩的5倍以上,短時(shí)間過(guò)載轉矩可達額定轉矩的4倍以上,轉速變化率較大,空載轉速甚高(一般不允許其在空載下運行)??赏ㄟ^(guò)用外用電阻器與串勵繞組串聯(lián)(或并聯(lián))、或將串勵繞組并聯(lián)換接來(lái)實(shí)現調速。
并勵直流電動(dòng)機的勵磁繞組與轉子繞組相并聯(lián),其勵磁電流較恒定,起動(dòng)轉矩與電樞電流成正比,起動(dòng)電流約為額定電流的2.5倍左右。轉速則隨電流及轉矩的增大而略有下降,短時(shí)過(guò)載轉矩為額定轉矩的1.5倍。轉速變化率較小,為5%~15%??赏ㄟ^(guò)消弱磁場(chǎng)的恒功率來(lái)調速。
他勵直流電動(dòng)機的勵磁繞組接到獨立的勵磁電源供電,其勵磁電流也較恒定,起動(dòng)轉矩與電樞電流成正比。轉速變化也為5%~15%??梢酝ㄟ^(guò)消弱磁場(chǎng)恒功率來(lái)提高轉速或通過(guò)降低轉子繞組的電壓來(lái)使轉速降低。
復勵直流電動(dòng)機的定子磁極上除有并勵繞組外,還裝有與轉子繞組串聯(lián)的串勵繞組(其匝數較少)。串聯(lián)繞組產(chǎn)生磁通的方向與主繞組的磁通方向相同,起動(dòng)轉矩約為額定轉矩的4倍左右,短時(shí)間過(guò)載轉矩為額定轉矩的3.5倍左右。轉速變化率為25%~30%(與串聯(lián)繞組有關(guān))。轉速可通過(guò)消弱磁場(chǎng)強度來(lái)調整。
換向器的換向片使用銀銅、鎘銅等合金材料,用高強度塑料模壓成。電刷與換向器滑動(dòng)接觸,為轉子繞組提供電樞電流。電磁式直流電動(dòng)機的電刷一般采用金屬石墨電刷或電化石墨電刷。轉子的鐵心采用硅鋼片疊壓而成,一般為12槽,內嵌12組電樞繞組,各繞組間串聯(lián)接后,再分別與12片換向片連接。

Installation and Start-up
• The pilot is shipped “cleaned for oxygen service.”
The spark gap is factory-set. Never attempt to
disassemble the pilot.
• Install the pilot by the NPT threads in the burner
housing of the OXY-THERM® LE, or with the bolton
pilot adapter when used on the Standard OXYTHERM
®.
• When threading in the pilot, do not use a pipe
wrench on the tee section; use the stainless nipple
instead. Take care not to damage the stainless fuel
tube when making the connection.
• The 3/16" compression fitting can be removed for
1/8" NPT connection, if preferred. The Swagelock
nut should only be tightened three-quarters of a
turn from finger-tight.
• Refer to the Capacity and Specification chart on
the previous page for recommended pressures and
flow rates.
• Spark should be constant only until the pilot lights.
• Pilot operation should always be interrupted when
used with either the OXY-THERM® LE or Standard
OXY-THERM® Burners. Failure to do so will result
in imbalanced main burner flame and accelerated
degradation of the refractory block.
• Cooling oxygen must be used when the pilot is
installed in a high temperature atmosphere and
the OXY-THERM® Burner is not firing.
• The proper sequence for igniting the pilot is: Spark
on, Oxygen on, Fuel on (ignition occurs), Spark off.
At this point, the main OXY-THERM® Burner can
be ignited. If the burner is not going to be ignited
within a few minutes, the pilot should be interrupted
to extend refractory life.
